503 Error in BlogStomp
BlogStomp is no longer our flagship blogging software, as we have replaced it with Storytailor.
We are still supporting the BlogStomp software and its users, but BlogStomp is no longer available for purchase. Learn more about Storytailor HERE.
503 is an error from your server, “Service Unavailable”. Not a very helpful description, but usually means your host is limiting the uploads in some way.
Web hosts often have different settings that govern how WordPress can run. 99% of such errors are due to the values set in the PHP.ini file on your server (Typically upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are the settings in question).
Your web host should be able to change those settings… typically they’ll know exactly what to do.
We need you to email their tech support with the following:

Hi
I’m having trouble posting to my WordPress blog remotely via XMLRPC.
Can you please look for 503 errors on my site accessing xmlrpc.php and advise which PHP limitations are being hit? If you are able to change those limitations that would be great.
Thanks
