Pixelation warning in AlbumStomp

So you are receiving a pixelation warning in AlbumStomp when stomping. And now you want to know if it is good enough to send to the album lab?

The short answer is that it “depends”.

Since we can’t actually check the quality of the image for you, we warn you based on the Math (this includes any cropping or zooming in that figure as well). We do this in two ways 🙂

While you’re designing your album

If you enlarge an image to being bigger (pixel size) than the original, a little warning icon will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the image.

If you hover over the icon it will tell you how much it has been upscaled by.

After you have stomped your album

If there are any pixelation errors once your spreads/pages have been stomped, we will let you know the percentage.

Just click on the error and you can view your stomped spread/page to double check yourself. You can copy the errors to your clipboard and paste them into a text document if you need to refer back to them while editing.

Happy Stomping!!

Thanks very much to Twig and Olive Photography for their amazing photos!
